FAQ
Common questions.
How does battery swapping work?+
Pull up to the Pademba Road centre, our technician swaps your empty pack for a charged one, and you're back on the road — usually under three minutes. You pay a flat swap fee per exchange.
What happens during a power outage?+
Battery packs charge in our racks and are buffered by on-site solar plus storage, so swaps are available even during grid outages.
How much can I save vs. a petrol keke?+
Drivers on typical Freetown routes report significantly lower daily running costs — often around 70% lower than fuel — plus reduced maintenance. Actual savings depend on your route and hours.
Do NEEV vehicles qualify for duty-free import?+
Qualifying EVs benefit from Sierra Leone's e-mobility duty-free concession. We handle the paperwork as part of your purchase.
Can I finance a vehicle?+
We support payment plans and are expanding financing partnerships. Request a quote and we'll walk you through current options.
Where can I service my NEEV vehicle?+
Our in-house workshop at Pademba Road, Freetown. Genuine spare parts stocked locally — no import wait.
Do you sell to fleets and cooperatives?+
Yes — we support commercial operators, driver cooperatives, corporates and NGOs with fleet pricing and SLAs.
